WP Site Management FAQ
How long will it take to setup my care plan?
Once you sign up and provide login credentials, we’ll have your plan set up within 2-3 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed by our team during on-boarding.
If our site was built somewhere else, can we still get one of your Website Care Plans?
We’ll do a full technical audit of the existing site, looking for any potential areas that may need improvement in terms of performance and security. Once everything is confirmed as good to go, we can set up your Website Care Plan and begin monitoring your website’s performance.
What is a Thirty-Minute Task?
Thirty-Minute Tasks can help! We offer content edits, updates, and changes that can be completed in 30 minutes or less. This plan does not include any new functionality or pages.
Do monthly editing minutes roll over?
Unused monthly editing minutes do not roll over. This allows us to predict and allocate enough time each month to fulfill all of our client’s edit requests.
What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc.?
Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However, in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by its side. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
What if I need more support time/hours?
If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly 30-minute task, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case-by-case basis.
Will I be locked into a long-term contract?
We don’t believe in long-term contracts and having our partners feeling trapped. We want you to stay with us because you see the value and choose to.
I have more than one website, do you offer a discount for multiple sites?
If you have more than one website and you are on the Plus Care Plan or higher, you can add an additional website to your Website Care Plan for $79 / month and share your plan’s support time between your sites. This option is not available on The Basic Care Plan.
What if I decide to cancel my plan?
We understand journeys change and only want to help as best we can while you’re with us. When you choose to cancel your plan, we’ll help you migrate your site to your new host and set everything up for you with no extra charge and within 3 business days.
